Manuel Serrano-Gil · Advisory support for healthcare companies, innovation teams and patient organisations.
Evidence-informed decisions and clearly scoped projects
Clinical evidence, patient engagement and digital health review, delivered fully remotely. Each engagement starts with an agreed question, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Advisory services
Evidence review: a defined decision question, a scoped review of sources, an uncertainty map and recommendations. Methodology is agreed for each engagement; a rapid review is not described as a systematic review.
Patient engagement and self-management: review of patient journeys, content and adoption barriers. Deliverables may include a needs map, an interview protocol and an evaluation plan.
Clinical review of digital innovation: assessment of clinical assumptions, evidence needs and patient-facing language. Deliverables include a risk assessment and validation priorities.
Documented experience and education
Coauthor of publications on self-management and chronic disease. Completed Executive Health Innovation Management, Imperial College Executive Education, in 2020; Certificate of Attendance issued by Imperial College Business School.
